To great evils, greater remedies

There are less and less of us who see and try to warn of the grave danger that is coming and is already knocking at the door; for the moment it is not a complete debacle, but we are on our way and soon it will be seen because the future is not at all promising - for the moment, six months in a state of alarm - for the youth that we have protesting and burning the streets, unemployed, with very few prospects and with a tremendous debt over their heads to be paid by them. On this occasion I am not going to refer to that horrible pandemic, which is galloping to its head even though some, in a hurry to appropriate all the successes whether they exist or not, presumed to have overcome it with such a short three months of confinement. Nor do I refer to the economic crisis we are facing in Europe without being prepared for it, with few and ill-defined tools and with a certain or variable success depending on ideology, efficiency, the number of resources at stake and the true intentions of the government that dominates or manages each territory with much, little or no foundation.

I would like to refer to Spain, the so-called bull skin, which has witnessed thousands of intrigues, battles, internal and external wars, betrayals, times of glory and splendour, miseries, diseases and great discoveries. That Spain, to which many promise to give their lives every day, if necessary; but where later, at the moment of truth, almost all look the other way, remain dishonourably silent, or are content with any nonsensical arrangement, whether or not it is convenient.

A Spain that made a model transition from a dictatorial regime to democracy quickly and bloodlessly. Moments in which real statesmen knew how to sit side by side, to take us in the direction that would allow us to arrive united and hand in hand to a good port.

Like everything else, our Constitution is perfectible and, of course, it is also mouldable, no matter how much the legislator thought that he had left everything well tied up so that the basic principles could not be played with by squalid majorities or by the mere whim of the government in power. Therefore, and despite many attempts to attack and profound changes, with varying degrees of compliance, it can be said - although I believe not for long - that it still conserves a large part of the main concepts for a clean and peaceful coexistence; most of them developed in complementary and organic laws to make clear what was agreed upon in those sublime moments.

The left and the right, threw their little hairs into the sea, tried to forget so many bad moments, times of tenacious strife, quarrels, eagerness for revenge and misgivings arising from three years of fighting between brothers and after many years of a Franco dictatorship of which, to be honest, I must say that in social, cultural terms, Nor was it such a bad example of outrageous exploitation to satisfy sectarian desires, or of robbery and looting with no order or agreement, as is generally the case in other communist and dictatorial dictatorships that empty everyone's pockets, ruin the nation and fill the subjects with anxiety and discontent so that they can run away with the booty.

Democracy began to take off back in 1978 and it seemed that everything was going well, although there were still certain far-right military and politicians who were complaining about losing their privileges or who, moving forward in time, understood that if they continued along the path they had laid out, we would end up as we are; once again in the two Spains, divided between blues and reds, full of tyranny and revanchism, despite the fact that the main players who are behind this have not suffered any kind of persecution at a single bad moment. Sick feelings that although now they are tried to hide under flags, invented memories and issues that have nothing to do with it, they give a lot of broth or sell well among the tawdry, poorly trained, indoctrinated people who are content with a fallacy, a war-civilist slogan, a gift or even a crust of bread, provided that this is free, rather than thinking about the deep values, patriotism, teamwork or other noble feelings.

The failed coup d'état of February 23rd was a warning to sailors on both sides of the encounter; some, faced with such serious penalties, took note of what could happen to them if they tried to strike again, even if it was in the form of an attempt, and on the other hand, the others, convinced that the syrup administered had had its effect, dedicated themselves to legislating even more so that no one would ever try again, by force, to make a foolish attempt.

When laws and regulations are manipulated, even if it does not seem so, it is usually to adapt them to the whim of the legislator and ends up in something quite far from the original concepts, so if after a detailed plan, all the pillars of the State are touched, it is very easy to reach a situation close to collapse. One day someone proclaimed "Montesquieu has died and at this rate not even the mother who bore him will recognise Spain". A dangerous and obscure character who still does not know the damage that was inflicted with such a feat and who, without a doubt, from that dust now comes this mud in which he frolics to his taste and accommodates most of the pillars because, since then and now even more so, they were left and let themselves be subdued and did not energetically show their resistance to penetration, deep unease and discontent.

The years have gone by and almost all governments, in order to hold on to power in their own way and at their own convenience, have made all kinds of shameful pacts - most of them unnatural - which have caused such a serious and irreparable harm to Spain's health that it is now impossible to recover so much of the cession and our country has become a series of taifa kingdoms where everyone goes his own way, Knowing that the government is weak, it hides from responsibility and lets others do the work so that no one can pass the buck to it and, furthermore, as it is supported by the worst that exists in the House, it is these regionalist, separatist, communist and terrorist parties that truly and clearly govern the designs of the nation, even, as has recently been seen, at the worst times.

Gobierno de España

Spain, despite or because it is the longest-lived state in the West, is a land highly conducive to coups and uprisings against anyone who may be considered an invader or oppressor. Our Catalan lands, where they exist, have not wanted to stop leading their uprisings in this political period of reference and have therefore set up their own 1-O. But on this occasion, as the majority are partners or supporters of the current government, it has done and continues to do everything possible to ensure that the coup d'état becomes a vulgar and childish dream. Not content with that, they are going around in circles with the Prosecutor's Office (controlled by the government, Sánchez dixit) and taking advantage of the enormous advantages that the new and very long State of Alarm offers them to seek with impunity a vulgar and tortious act of amnesty to give an outlet to all the criminals involved in that dirty and disastrous event.

In short, following our maxim of being different from others in everything; after so much legislation to punish coups d'état with greater force than in any surrounding country in order to avoid them at home; but, with a simple change of rudder and depending on who the protagonists were, we intend to become more lax than anyone else because the political script of this moment demands it.

In view of the few or lurid results of the legal or judicial implications themselves in recent cases where famous politicians have been involved, the judiciary (the third and very important pillar of the state) is or is on the way to becoming a fox. The fact that the Attorney General's Office acts on the dictates of the government by virtue of its organic membership, and that the government's nefarious attempt to control the appointment of the CGPJ - although we will see, finally, what happens with this issue and with the renewal of the TC - can easily be inferred, that this power is on the verge of succumbing to the clutches of the executive, so that absolutism is close at hand and will be clear and evident with very few considerations.

It is better not to talk about the legislative power; after so much crude and tawdry spectacle given daily in both chambers, the grotesque action of a few days ago for the approval of the extension of the state of alarm, without a mere discussion at the highest level, carried out by crushing rinsing aside and presented by the Minister of Health - abrogating the one who knew he was not going to vote for him - without the intervention of the President of the Government at all; Particularly as a result of the approved decision, control of the pandemic and the measures to be taken for no more than half a year will be in the hands of an inter-regional body that does not have the legal authority to carry out such complex work due to its lack of resources, capacity and foundations. This is not a trivial matter because it means keeping a low profile for the government, without any responsibility because those who will really take the decisions to close cities and territories and consequently strangle their economy will be the Communities, and in the meantime Sanchez will continue to act as a good policeman in the face of the expected and growing uproar and looting that has already begun to emerge at the beginning of this long period of time.

The armed forces, in addition to being "legally bound" by the Constitution, do not have a strong military leadership that can raise the slightest question or challenge the government in the face of such ravings and confusion. Minister Robles has already taken charge of leading them properly to achieve their objectives, despite the fact that they are very old, many of the materials are very old or obsolete, and that the Sanchez government is doing nothing more than lowering their budgets and even cajole the members of the ASF in general. The tactic consists of giving them candy and making them feel important in tasks that are really more appropriate to civil protection than to the military, and demanding a major effort from a few dwindling units, as millions of unemployed Spaniards are paid without contributing a single effort or anything, even at such serious times.

The economy rides on without order or agreement, like headless chickens in a corral assaulted by a pack of wolves; even the great experts cannot agree on the best and necessary recipe for addressing such a serious hole, or on how to devote themselves to recovering it. As far as we can see, abroad, all countries, without exception and according to their own capacities, have opted to lower taxes and provide massive aid to people, companies and sectors in danger of closure or extinction. Here, as well as trusting everything in the much-repeated manna that will arrive from Europe in a few years' time, this is not the case, quite the contrary; despite what has been said and promised so many times, we are all going to be taxed whether we have a job or not; some sectors or small businesses will have ICO loans, yes, they deserve your approval; loans that sooner rather than later have to be paid back regardless of whether they have returned to full activity or not. There are no massive campaigns to protect the most important sectors, such as tourism and all related sectors, the hotel industry or the car industry, except for small patches that often remain as mere promises and are never enough to save any sector completely.  Many of the ERTEs, especially after this second confinement, will become EREs, which will greatly increase unemployment despite the mirage of this handy "rebound" that does not recover the GDP in the third quarter, of which I doubt very much its reality and maintenance in time, and everything points to the fact that the data advanced by the government are only a stratagem to calm the foreseeable discontent.

With justice the way it is, the economy on the ground and trying to recover it in the wrong direction, the armed forces tamed and distracted in their new domestic tasks, the courts and the senate dominated by various coalitions and pacts, and the unconditional support of the well-paid media and networks, with a good and effective campaign of constant propaganda of their own and with a population whose blood has frozen, who are indoctrinated and well educated for the cause after years of indoctrination in all the classrooms of Spain and who seem to find it more profitable to wait for the gift that comes from the government, than to go out on the streets to protest in search of a job and bread justly earned with the sweat of their brow; We can only hope that Spain will be saved by the political class, which, by the way, is the main culprit for our being in this serious situation of confusion.

Congreso de España

Despite his declared nightmares of yesteryear, Sánchez has managed to intoxicate the populists and communists in his harsh socialist government; both, by making the right excuses and squeamishness, have managed to gain the support of separatists, independentistas and phylum terrorists, whose votes guarantee them the continuity of the government, so that he can only be overshadowed by the so-called centre-right opposition. A parched tree full of inexperienced crickets where everyone wants to sing and go in their own direction. A non-existent group that looks more like a hornet's nest with three queen wasps where, really, only confusion, tripping and bad example reigns.

We have Cs - a residual party on the way to disappearing forever like some who preceded it on the same spectrum - in the hands of an opportunist who abandoned the Catalans after deceiving them in the last regional elections and who landed in Madrid to take over the spoils of what Señorito Rivera squandered through his mismanagement while he devoted himself more to preparing his new love nest than to making real, coherent policy. Mrs. Arrimadas has lost her way and since her arrival in the capital she decided to cut all the existing ties and stay on as Sanchez's utillero to pass him the estoque, the capote, the towel or the botijo when the master needs it and even if he does not demand it. A game of use and throw with which Sanchez plays cat and mouse making them see that, from time to time, he seems to take into consideration what they propose, so that they feel happy and justify to their scarce audience their "strange paths" totally faithful to an increasingly unrecognizable PSOE to, irremissibly and then leave them forgotten in any gutter after a couple of moments.

Then in the progressive ranking appears Vox, a party with a lot of noise and few nuts, born mainly from a split in the PP that puts in a certain way the saying that "there is no worse wedge than the one in the same wood". Arrogant since its foundation, arrogant and bordering on the unconstitutional and other pearls of society, especially with the sensitivity that exists worldwide on issues of human sex, race and relations between people. A party that, in the pure style of the ultra-right-wing party - currently renamed to sweeten it "National Grouping" by Marine Le Pen in France - despises and insults everyone, even and even more fiercely, those who should be its fellow members, although then, incomprehensibly, it has very sensitive skin when someone pays them in their own currency for having believed that this was their field and their use of exclusive merit.

Finally, we find Pablo Casado's PP, a party that after having governed for many years with certain successes in the economic arena, has also inherited many and large quantities of turbulent and even in some cases quite fetid waters, which has led them to squander a large part of their supporters and credibility. Harassed, like everyone else, by corruption, but with the difference that theirs is always magnified, however irrelevant, and is never forgiven. Dragged out of power by an ill-intentioned motion of censure, drafted by several hands and based on an inappropriate judgement, and eager to show his love for Spain, his true identity, and his worth and capacity for renewal; willing and prepared to pull Spain out, for the third time, of the huge economic hole into which the Socialists have thrown us for acting without order, rectitude or agreement.

Pablo Casado

The forces between these last two parties are fairly balanced; they tend to be persistent in their permanence and voting intentions. However, it is more than possible that not all their voters understand a rapprochement between the two to make a grand coalition of the right; I continue to think firmly, and I believe I am not the only one to do so publicly, that the times of the past will hardly return, the population is very fragmented, hampered and angry, so long as these two parties with their leaders at the head, do not lower their sights, puerile differences or useless demands and set about the task of uniting in a single, wide-ranging right-wing alternative, We will never be able to defeat this evil social-communist coalition and its associates, which is leading us headlong into a kind of social-communist absolutism that could have a very tragic end for Spain. In Latin America, in particular, we have many serious examples of this, which we never thought would come to fruition, but which in a few years have brought chaos and ruin to several rich and emerging countries and have taken away many hundreds of thousands of lives and great projects.

There, in many cases, they have not yet been able to solve this problem on their own and continue to be involved in murder, famine and persecution; let us hope that, once again, Spain will be an example of how to defeat communism, although for this, we need some European support.
