With an absolute record of participants, 218 pairs, the final phase of the Spanish Paddle Tennis Championship begins with the participation of leading figures.

The cinema, performing arts, music, museums and exhibitions comply with all security measures against the COVID-19. The Community of Madrid continues to take controlled steps to open up activities, in this case sports. 

In just over a month the Community of Madrid has gone from being one of the main centres of infection to reducing the incidence of the coronavirus very considerably, placing it below the national average.

This has been made possible by an agreement between the Spanish Paddle Tennis Federation, the Community of Madrid itself and the Wizink Center.

Players such as Paquito Navarro, Maxi Sánchez, Juan Martín Díaz, Alejandro Galán and Miguel Lamperti will be seen in action, while Marta Marrero, Marta Ortega, Alejandra Salazar, Ariana Sánchez, Patty Llaguno and Eli Amatriain will be in the women's team. The show is totally assured for the faithful of this sport that has so many followers in Spain.
