'De cara al mundo', the programme on Onda Madrid directed and presented by Javier Fernández Arribas, director of Atalayar, analyses the international situation as it does every Friday.
This Friday we have Lucas Martín Serrano, lieutenant colonel and head of the Intelligence Regiment's Ground Systems Procurement Group, to discuss the brutal repression in Kazakhstan, with dozens of people dead in the streets due to protests against rising prices, particularly heating costs, and with Russia announcing the sending of troops to quell the riots, at a time when Ukraine is in full swing. The EU's High Representative for Foreign Policy, Josep Borrell, visited Ukraine's border with Russia in the last few hours to monitor the situation.
The rapprochement between Morocco and Germany will also be discussed with the writer and journalist Pedro Canales, after the German President, Frank-Walter Steinmeier, sent a message to the King of Morocco affirming that the Moroccan proposal for autonomy over the Sahara is a serious and credible effort.
