"De cara al mundo", the programme on Onda Madrid directed and presented by Javier Fernández Arribas, director of Atalayar, analyses every week the current issues on the international scene.
This Friday, the radio programme will address the situation in Taiwan and the tension between China and the United States following Nancy Pelosi's visit to Taiwanese territory. The Chinese giant has even begun military manoeuvres with live fire that have aroused concern. José María Peredo, Professor of Communication and International Politics at the European University of Madrid, will be on hand to analyse the issue.
The Middle East will once again be featured in "De cara al mundo" to discuss the Abraham Accords and the current situation of Iran as a destabilising element in the region. Marta González Isidoro, member of the Institute for Debate and Analysis of Security and Defence Policies (IDAPS), will explain the current scenario.
Morocco offers great investment opportunities for Spanish businessmen. The programme will analyse how business is done in Morocco and the legal security in the country when it comes to doing business. Enrique Becerra, administrator of Initium Cerámicas, will shed more light on this subject.
We will also return to the situation on the ground in Ukraine with the Russian offensive. We will discuss how grain has once again been leaving Ukrainian ports. We will be joined by Lucas Martín, an expert international analyst, to discuss the issue.
As every Friday, the discussion will be led by Atalayar's regular contributors Claudia Luna, Mexican journalist and writer, and Pedro González, journalist and founder of Euronews, coordinated by Javier Fernández Arribas. It will deal with the course of the war in Ukraine and the confrontation between the United States and China over Taiwan.
"De cara al mundo", Friday 5 August from 22:05 to 23:00.
