The coronavirus health crisis has impacted the world in all areas, political, economic and social. The planet is gradually recovering from the incidence of COVID-19 while searching for a vaccine that can finally help overcome this situation.

International politics, geostrategic movements and security are fields that are also affected by the global irruption of the coronavirus and this is precisely what will be analysed at the next virtual round table organised by the Royal Academy of Moral and Political Sciences and the Spanish Institute of Strategic Studies (IEEE) of the Centro Superior de Estudios para la Defensa Nacional (Ceseden) this Wednesday 18 November at 6:30 pm.

The title of the meeting is 'Geostrategy and security in times of pandemic: Spanish reflection for uncertain times'. An event in which the political changes in the international sphere and the military and defence movements of the main powers following the appearance of the coronavirus pandemic will be analysed in depth.

The round table will be attended by Lieutenant General Francisco de P. Bisbal Pons, Miguel Herrero y Rodríguez de Miñón, General Francisco José Dacoba, Emilio Lamo de Espinosa Michels de Champourcin, Araceli Mangas Martín and Javier Rupérez Rubio.
