Josep Piqué, Correism, the Brazilian strain and the withdrawal of troops from Afghanistan feature on Atalayar

Tonight, Capital Radio's Atalayar programme, from 22:00 to 23:30, will feature Josep Piqué, President of the Fundación Empresarial Iberoamericana, to discuss international current affairs. Ex-politician, economist and Spanish businessman, he was Minister of Industry, Foreign Affairs and Science and Technology in the Spanish Government. 

Economist Rafael Pampillón will also be speaking to Atalayar about the defeat of Correism in Ecuador and the situation on the American continent.

Ángel Sastre, freelance correspondent in Latin America, from the Amazon, will talk to us about the origin of the Brazilian strain of COVID-19.

The withdrawal of American troops from Afghanistan will be another of the topics to be discussed. Lucas Martín Serrano will be on hand to analyse this issue.

In addition, we will discuss also the deplorable episode of Recep Tayyip Erdogan's "sofagate" with Ursula von der Leyen on the Atalayar radio programme.
