The International University of Andalusia (UNIA) will participate on 9, 10 and 11 February in the 5th "Study in Spain" Fair, a virtual event aimed at promoting the Spanish university system and its international potential in Morocco. This event is organised by the Spanish Service for the Internationalisation of Education (SEPIE), together with the Department of Education of the Spanish Embassy in Morocco and with the collaboration of the Cervantes Institute, through its offices in Morocco.

The aim of this fair is to make direct contact with university students and professionals from the neighbouring country, to offer them advice and present the academic offer of the UNIA. Specifically, the catalogue of official and own postgraduate courses will be presented, which has more than 51 degrees, mostly with a total or partial virtual component, and in areas as diverse as science, engineering, humanities, law or art.

In addition, the International University of Andalusia offers a wide range of expert courses, for example, in medical assessment or flamenco dancing, and continuing education courses, such as international taxation or education and road safety.

V Virtual Fair

The event will take place on a web platform, which replicates the experience of attending an in-person fair in an online format. The UNIA has its own stand in this virtual environment, which will serve as a meeting point for those who wish to find out more. To access the fair, you must first register for free at estudenespana-marruecos.easyvirtualfair.com.

After the start of the fair, whose opening ceremony took place on Tuesday, the UNIA will make two live presentations. The first will be given by the Vice-Rector for Internationalisation, Arturo Chica, who will give his speech in French on Tuesday at 17:30. The Rector of the UNIA, José Ignacio García, and the Vice Rector for Students and Employability, Víctor García, will participate in the second meeting on Wednesday 10 February at 12:30 pm. Both presentations will be accessible via www.unia.es/estudiaenlaUNIA.

During the three-day event, visitors to the UNIA stand will be able to request information and ask any questions through the various chat channels that will be open. There will be a general chat for all kinds of questions and other more specific ones about the range of university master's degrees on offer, postgraduate courses, continuing education and expert courses and everything related to grants and facilities for students.

Informing Moroccan students and professionals about the academic offer of the UNIA is a major objective in the internationalisation agenda of the university, which has the Maghreb as one of its areas of reference. As an example, the UNIA has launched a training course in virtual and innovative teaching aimed at the Moroccan teaching community, which is currently in the registration period.
