The Consulate General of the Kingdom of Morocco in Algeciras has expressed its deepest condolences for the death and injuries resulting from the attack perpetrated by a person in the Plaza Alta of the city on Wednesday 25 January. Through an official note, the Consulate has also expressed its deepest sympathy to the families of the victims.

Condolences for the criminal attack in the city of Algeciras 

The Consulate General of the Kingdom of Morocco in Algeciras expresses its deepest condolences for the death and injuries resulting from the criminal attack perpetrated by an unbalanced person in the Plaza Alta in the city of Algeciras, on the afternoon of Wednesday 25 January 2023. 

Faithful to its culture of tolerance and peace, the whole Moroccan Community established in the region strongly repudiates this abominable attack, as well as any violent action that affects the peaceful coexistence especially in the town of Algeciras, a model city of integration famous for its multiculturalism having always known the transit of different nationalities and ethnicities. 

It also expresses its deep solidarity with the families of the victims and with all the citizens of the province.
