"De cara al mundo": international analysis on Onda Madrid

"De cara al mundo", the programme on Onda Madrid directed and presented by Javier Fernández Arribas, director of Atalayar, analyses in depth every week the current issues on the international scene. 

The radio programme offers a complete analysis of the situation in the world in general. With allusions to the Russian invasion of Ukraine, the serious energy crisis, the death of Elizabeth II and the situation of the British Crown, the situation in North Africa with the diplomatic rise of Morocco, the current economic crisis and the elections in Italy. In an attempt to clarify all these scenarios, we will be joined by the diplomat and international expert analyst Gustavo de Arístegui. 

Another expert international analyst and Atalayar contributor, Lucas Martín, and journalist María Senovilla, special envoy to Ukraine, will be in the microphones of "De cara al mundo" to analyse the situation of the war in Ukraine after the partial military mobilisation announced by the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, and after the announced independence referendums in the pro-Russian Donbas. In addition, the Russian Duma's proposal on deserters and on disobedience of orders and withdrawal from the front without an order to do so will be discussed.  

On the other hand, Italy is holding elections this weekend and there is a risk of a victory for the extreme right. Pablo Martín de Santa Olalla, author of the book "Historia de la Italia republicana, 1946-2021" (Madrid, Sílex Ediciones, 2021), will provide more information on the Italian situation in the run-up to the elections.
