"De cara al mundo", the programme on Onda Madrid directed and presented by Javier Fernández Arribas, director of Atalayar, analyses international current affairs on a weekly basis.

The radio programme will focus on the High Level Meeting between Spain and Morocco held in Rabat. The summit saw the signing of 22 collaboration agreements in various sectors and a joint declaration with 74 points that represents the consolidation of a new stage in relations between the two neighbouring countries. Spain and Morocco sign a financial protocol for 800 million euros for the implementation of new projects by Spanish companies. A Memorandum of Understanding has also been signed to strengthen cooperation in the areas of tourism, scientific cooperation, universities, education, culture, infrastructure, renewable energies, energy transition, water treatment and industry. Spanish companies will be able to participate in Morocco's 45 billion euro investment plan. This is a diplomatic and economic milestone between two nations considered neighbours and allies. Zoubaida El Fathi, journalist and director of the midday news on Moroccan Television, will give details of the agreements.

Ukraine returns to the microphones of "De cara al mundo". The European Union is holding a summit with the Ukrainian government in Kiev to discuss its integration, which will still have to go through a number of formalities. Meanwhile, Russian President Vladimir Putin threatens to destroy the tanks that several NATO countries are sending to the Ukrainian army. Lucas Martín, an expert international analyst, and María Senovilla, special envoy to Ukraine, will analyse in depth the war scenario on Ukrainian territory.

As every Friday, the discussion will be led by Atalayar's regular contributors, Claudia Luna, Mexican journalist and writer, and Pedro González, journalist and founder of Euronews, coordinated by Javier Fernández Arribas. They will discuss the war between Ukraine and Russia and the High Level Meeting between Spain and Morocco, with reference to the agreements reached.

"De cara al mundo", Friday 3 February from 22:05 to 23:00.
