And its warning came with an important clarification that no level of the organisation was "escaping" from this, since management teams that do not prepare for the future will become a dangerous brake on their companies.

But how many people have complied with this recommendation? Well, this is not the time to talk about problems, but about solutions, and that is why it is time to look ahead and recognise that this need for training and lifelong learning is here to stay.
